Job summary

AptarGroup, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor based in McHenry, IL to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure product quality and employee safety. Responsibilities include scheduling manpower, conducting trainings, and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, with a preference for a bachelor's or associate degree, alongside 3-5 years of supervisory experience and extensive knowledge in injection molding.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience related to supervision.
• Minimum of 5-7 years in injection molding and processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations.
• Ensure employee safety and product quality.
• Administer performance evaluations and employee development plans.
• Monitor daily production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead department meetings to review performance.
