Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Previous injection molding experience preferred.
• Prompt, reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to the quality plan for all parts manufactured.
• Supervise shift supervisors and focus on safety, production, and productivity.
• Lead shift meetings and provide effective communication.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance schedules for all equipment.
