Qualifications

• Experience with prescriptions and pharmacy operations, working with pharmacists.
• Hands-on Pharmacy Technician background with knowledge of workflows and documentation.
• Inventory control experience including stock monitoring and ordering support.
• Strong customer service with clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
• Active state Pharmacy Technician license or certification and regulatory compliance.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry, ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software; infusion knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with preparing and processing prescriptions, including data entry, labeling and packaging.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, check expirations, and support restocking activities.
• Interact with patients, caregivers, and health professionals, providing courteous service.
• Coordinate infusion therapies and related pharmacy services following established protocols.
