Job summary

RTX is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I in Salt Lake City, UT. This on-site role participates in cross-functional teams, plans, designs, tests and integrates complex software and systems, with Agile practices and field deployments after clearance.

You will work under guidance of a product lead, collaborating on deployments, and learn DevOps, Linux systems, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Python, Bash and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with C/C++ or other object oriented programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions within cross‑disciplined teams.
• Deploy and configure product deployments in real field environments after clearance.
• Collaborate with leads and team members to plan, review code, and support testing to achieve goals.
