Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Process Industrial Engineer to join a Fort Worth client on a full-time, direct-hire basis. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or final assembly operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; strong knowledge of time and motion studies, work measurement, and labor standard development; understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and waste reduction; experience with MES, ERP, and BI reporting platforms is preferred; strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs for PCBA and Final Assembly operations to ensure process consistency and quality.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and reduce costs using Lean methodologies.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and support capacity planning.
• Provide training and coaching to operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams on new processes and SOPs.
• Support automation projects by evaluating opportunities and assisting with equipment integration.
• Partner with production and quality teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with audits by preparing IE documentation and driving corrective actions for findings.
• Monitor and report key process metrics and drive continuous improvements.
