The position involves field support as needed, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with federal safety standards. A strong background in technical writing and MS Office is required, with experience in federal facilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA recordkeeping processes (OSHA 300, 300A, 301) and incident investigations.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills for reports, SOPs, and briefing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint or similar systems.
• Ability to work onsite in a federal office environment and interact with government staff.
• Experience supporting federal facilities and updating safety manuals or SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping (OSHA 300/300A/301) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct safety incident reviews, root cause analyses, and trend evaluations; summarize findings and corrective actions.
• Assist with development, review, and updates of safety and IH policies, SOPs, and program documents.
• Support internal and external safety audits, inspections, and assessments; track findings to closure.
