Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator–Manufacturing to support the battery pack plant construction at the TMMI site. This onsite role manages installation, equipment contracts, budgets, and schedules for multi-million-dollar projects, coordinating robot cells, conveyors, HVAC, and electrical systems from scope through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience, OSHA 10, strong safety practices, and excellent communication to report to VP-level

Qualifications

• Experience handling projects $5M+.
• Hands-on robot installation and commissioning experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Electrical safety practices for energized/high voltage work including arc-flash awareness.
• Contract negotiation and construction administration experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, reporting to VP level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment installation and modification projects from scope creation to contract completion.
• Lead initial contract negotiations with installation contractors and field orders as they arise.
• Oversee installation of equipment such as robot cells, transfer systems, conveyors, HVAC, lighting, and utilities.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, inspection and testing agencies, budgets and schedules.
• Report project status including safety, schedule, budget, and compliance to Client management.
• Ensure adherence to plans and specifications and reflect project learnings post-completion.
