HP is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support a key customer in the greater Columbia/Fort Mill area. The role centers on maximizing press reliability, production continuity, and exceptional service, acting as the onsite face of HP.

You will diagnose and repair complex HP Indigo Digital Printing Presses, coordinate with HP resources, and maintain clear communication with the customer throughout incidents and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite HP technical resource, understanding the customer’s production environment and priorities.
• Address production-impacting downtime with urgency, ownership, and prioritization.
• Stay actively engaged during critical technical situations through stabilization and resolution.
• Focus on customer uptime, productivity, and overall service experience.
