Job summary

Cullerton Group in Mossville, IL seeks a hands-on Dev/Research Engineer 3 for a 12-month, 100% onsite role at the Mossville Tech Center. Compensation is up to $43/hr with full benefits.

You will lead hydraulic component and system testing from planning through final conclusions, including test setup, data analysis, and failure analysis, while working with lab management, shop personnel, and engineers. Required is a four-year engineering degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience (or 3+ years

Qualifications

Four-year technical degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
5–7 years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical experience.
Experience with hydraulic testing or similar lab environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead hydraulic testing projects from planning through conclusions.
Plan and set up mechanical/hydraulic tests.
Execute tests and analyze data to inform conclusions.
Perform failure analysis and investigate performance issues.
Collaborate with lab managers, shop personnel, and engineers to complete projects.
