Cherokee Federal in Hawaii (Hickam AFB) seeks a Financial Analyst (Mid) to support the Civil Engineer Financial Manager by managing budgets, funding documents, and audit-ready records in a climate-controlled onsite role. The role requires a CAC and favorable background investigation; you will work with DEAMS and NexGen IT, producing weekly dashboards, reviews, and reimbursable invoicing.

Bachelor's in finance, 5+ years, and 3+ years military infrastructure experience preferred; competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of financial-analysis experience.
• Experience with DoD/air-force project funding and budgets.
• Military facility or infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, reconcile, and track funding documents in NexGen IT.
• Ensure funding activity aligns with DEAMS transactions.
• Prepare monthly funding-document status reports with balances and burn rates.
• Track CES spend plan obligations, program element codes, and 80/20 compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly budget-execution reviews and Status of Funds reports.
• Support creation and validation of Reimbursable Invoices and Reports.
• Review tasks and validate costs for reimbursable activities.
• Support shop-rate reviews and identify cost deviations.
• Prepare shop-rate calculation packages and pay-table updates.
