Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Project Superintendent for a Phoenix, AZ project, leading commercial HVAC installation with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate closely with the CSC and field teams to ensure proper planning, staging of materials, permits, and inspections on-site.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication with project management, and a proven track record in commercial HVAC, blueprints, and field documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation.
• EPA Universal certification preferred; OSHA 10 required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee installation execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project milestones.
• Coach installers and enforce documentation discipline.
• Coordinate with Central Services Center for readiness and permits.
• Maintain quality gates and conduct milestone inspections.
