Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking an HSE Technician to support the ongoing Health, Safety and Environmental programs on-site. The role collaborates with the HSE Manager and plant teams to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture on the production floor.

Responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigations, training support, and maintaining HSE records. U.S.

Qualifications

• In-depth safety awareness and OSHA fundamentals.
• Effective written and verbal communication across levels.
• Accurate documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive identification of safety concerns and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and opportunities for improvement with team members.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety walks.
• Assist with JHAs, risk assessments, procedures, and safe practices.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
• Recommend equipment/process improvements to boost safety and enviro results.
• Assist with HSE training, communications, and engagement activities.
• Support environmental programs including waste, chemical, spill management.
• Inspect and maintain records for emergency and safety equipment.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, metrics and required documentation.
• Assist audits and inspections by regulatory, corporate, and internal teams.
• Support emergency preparedness and contractor safety programs.
