Job summary

Turner & Townsend in West Point, PA is seeking an onsite HSE Supervisor to join the Environment Health and Safety team. You will manage programs to safeguard employees and communities on a major Life Sciences account, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk reduction and contractor safety oversight.

This hands-on role requires experience in manufacturing or construction safety, development of JSAs/JHAs, incident investigations and daily field audits, with a client-focused mindset and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience in construction safety.
• Experience managing contractors and high-risk work permits.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs to meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety across PJM team, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work with PJM team to embed site-specific contractor plans and permit controls in project execution.
• Assist in development of JSAs/JHAs and review high-risk activities with appropriate controls.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, onboarding, and ongoing safety performance monitoring.
