Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related discipline.
• 4+ years of manufacturing HSE experience.
• CSP or ASP certification preferred.
• OSHA 501/511 training.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with EPA, RCRA, Tier II and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HSE programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Manage environmental reporting and permit renewals.
• Coordinate with inspectors and regulatory agencies.
• Train employees on HSE requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction in plant.
