Job summary

Blink Health is seeking an HR Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Chesterfield, MO. This hands-on role partners with the onsite HRBP and provides administrative HR support across Pharmacy Operations sites.

You will manage onboarding, I-9s, and HR data tracking while handling routine employee inquiries with confidentiality. Prior HR experience in healthcare or high-volume settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally supporting hourly or production populations.
• Hands-on experience with I-9 processing and high-volume onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines across a distributed team.
• Familiarity with HR systems; Workday, HR Acuity, or JIRA is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law fundamentals and when to elevate.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and confidentiality.
• Experience in healthcare, fulfillment, or high-volume operations is preferred.
• Independent worker who builds trust across locations.

Responsibilities

• Site HR support for employees and managers at the Chesterfield, MO location.
• Greet and onboard new hires; process I-9s and onboarding logistics.
• Escalate employee relations issues to HRBP when needed.
• Maintain HR trackers across sites and submit lifecycle transactions via Jira.
• Prepare HR materials and assist with routine corrective actions.
• Coordinate with leave and accommodation admins to track cases.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR questions.
• Support offboarding, termination docs, and checklists.
• Review and approve corrective action for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Act as main HRBP platform administrator for Jira and HR Acuity.
• Assist with performance reviews, promotions, and HR program rollouts.
• Support communications for HR policy updates affecting hourly staff.
