Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Glendale, AZ is seeking an HR Specialist to own end‑to‑end HR support for our hourly Operations team at the new Glendale Distribution Center. This onsite role combines recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration.

You will partner with DC managers, maintain accurate records in Rippling, help with payroll inquiries, and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace while balancing priorities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience including recruiting and employee relations.
• Experience supporting hourly/warehouse or fast-paced operations preferred.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for hourly or high-volume positions.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour practices and HR documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly Operations positions and extend offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, and new-hire orientation.
• Answer payroll, benefits, attendance, and policy questions for employees.
• Support managers with coaching, performance documentation, and corrective action.
• Maintain employee records in Rippling and ensure compliance.
• Promote engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, turnover, and workforce trends; report insights.
