The position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ, offering exposure to experienced HR and payroll professionals and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years in HR or payroll processing.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new employees, running orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.
• Audit and data entry of employee timecards with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Utilize strong Excel skills for data management and reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the payroll process.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
• Assist with additional payroll & HR related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
