Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to serve as the onsite HR leader for our Greer, SC operation.

You will partner with operational leadership, manage employee relations, and guide policy implementation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement, while maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Experience leading HR activities in a warehouse/logistics or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite HR partner for employees and leadership.
• Lead employee relations investigations and policy guidance.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, and onboarding.
• Coach supervisors through performance management.
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.
• Address attendance, benefits, payroll, and leave questions.
