Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is offering an HR internship for summer 2027 across several U.S. locations, including Mossville and Peoria areas.

Interns gain exposure to diverse HR functions and professional growth within a corporate environment. Programs are designed to build foundational HR knowledge and practical experience through hands-on projects. Interns will rotate through Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Labor Relations, and People Analytics while supporting orientation,

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year college/university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business with an HR emphasis, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA (no rounding).
• 12 completed semester hours before internship start or currently participating in Caterpillar program.
• Must relocate to indicated work location for duration and commute daily.
