SupplyHouse.com is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our Fulfillment HR Team in Columbus, OH. This full-time, exempt role reports to the HR Manager and focuses on supporting core human resource functions and crafting the employee experience on-site.

Responsibilities include floor walks, employee check-ins, investigations, coaching supervisors, onboarding, engagement activities, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Human Resources position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working onsite at a fulfillment/distribution center.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor walks, listening sessions, and employee check-ins.
• Primary onsite contact for employee concerns and HR leadership escalation.
• Conduct HR investigations and partner with leadership on resolutions.
• Coach supervisors on policy application and performance management.
• Facilitate onboarding, engagement activities, and site-wide HR training.
• Maintain confidentiality and support talent, performance, and communication processes.
