You will manage administrative and litigation tasks from drafting documents to filing court papers, coordinating hearings, and ensuring deadlines are met, enabling attorneys to handle complex commercial matters efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Over 3 years of legal assistant experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal filing procedures.
• Excellent document formatting, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
