PARS Therapy in Seagoville, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary, patient-centered care team. This onsite role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy aligned with physician orders and individualized Plans of Care.

You will design engaging, evidence-based exercises, counsel patients and families, establish goals, and track progress, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and staying current with advances in the field.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas licensure active
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and reporting software
• HIPAA knowledge and patient privacy compliance
• Discretion handling confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform duties primarily in a standing position

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care
• Design and implement evidence-based exercises tailored to patient goals
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress
• Ensure proper setup, sterilization, and safety of therapy equipment
• Review patient records to tailor treatment approaches
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure
