Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite HOA Architectural Review Administrator to support the architectural department, coordinating applications and ECC/REC processes. You will manage records, communicate timelines, and assist homeowners and contractors with submittals and requirements.

You will report to the ECC Director, attend meetings, and help with minutes and follow-up actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast‑paced community environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in municipal planning, architectural review, HOA compliance for large or luxury associations.
• Knowledge of California HOA law, CC&Rs, the Davis-Stirling Act, and due process requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process architectural submittals and ECC/REC meeting materials.
• Maintain digital and physical records and prepare agendas, packets, and minutes.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and provide procedural guidance to homeowners and contractors.
• Communicate deadlines, requirements, and information requests; update status spreadsheets.
• Support cross‑functional coordination and special projects within ECC/Director guidance.
