Job summary

Cochlear, based in Centennial, Colorado, is hiring a Hear Always Technician to support cochlear implant recipients and clinic partners. This 100% onsite role processes service requests, loads audiologist programming information, and performs quality checks to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Working with Customer Experience, Clinical, and Reimbursement teams, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring recipients receive the products and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Validate audiologist programming data and load into recipient devices.
• Pick products from warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Coordinate with clinics to resolve program requests.
• Create and process clinic orders for service requests.
• Perform quality checks before shipment.
• Help develop new processes and train others.
• Investigate order-entry issues and communicate findings.
