Job summary

Cochlear Americas is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist in our Centennial, CO warehouse. You will pick, pack, and ship small medical device items, stock products, and ensure orders go out accurately and promptly.

The role emphasizes operating within a climate-controlled environment and collaborating with the Operations team to serve cochlear implant clinics and recipients. Hours are 9:30am–6:30pm Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Fulfillment, shipping and/or mailroom experience preferred.
• Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack small medical device items for shipment across the country.
• Ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Stock products in appropriate locations.
