Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Project / Program Manager to lead delivery and integration of a cloud-native healthcare technology platform in Hanover, NH. This onsite, 12-month contract role partners with engineering, product, UX, DevOps, and external stakeholders to drive planning through deployment.

Responsibilities include leading Agile software delivery, managing plans and budgets, coordinating API integrations and HL7/FHIR interoperability, and ensuring security and quality across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 4+ years in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Software delivery.
• Proven experience leading complex software development or systems integration projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
• Experience leading Agile software development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate cloud platform development, API integrations, real-time data pipelines, and clinician-facing apps.
• Drive integration across software, hardware, firmware, and third-party technologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, release management, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Partner with engineering, product, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project health, platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Lead technical reviews, milestone demos, and executive status reporting.
• Support healthcare interoperability initiatives (HL7/FHIR).
• Ensure software development aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards.
