Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 1 year recruiting experience with healthcare.
• 1 year direct sourcing experience including cold calling and social media.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Ability to work with leadership and hiring managers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with recruitment metrics (turnover, vacancy, time‑to‑fill).
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS.
• Team collaboration and onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with peer talent acquisition team.
• Lead creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Build networks to find qualified candidates.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Research and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Conducts regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
• Educate HR team and operational leads on the latest and/or most effective recruiting modalities.
• Participate and hold recruitment events as needed.
• Facilitate onboarding and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
• Promote the company culture, value, brand, and articulate why candidates should choose Jupiter Medical Center.
