Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter in West Palm Beach, FL to source, attract, and retain top healthcare talent across home health, hospitals, clinics, and behavioral health settings.

The role involves screening and placing candidates for Per Diem, Full-Time, Part-Time, Temp-to-Hire, Permanent Placement, and Contract staffing, with an in-office work location and an option for hybrid arrangements based on performance and leadership discretion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience as stated in the job requirements.
• Experience recruiting across home health, VMS, MSPs, acute care hospitals, clinics, and behavioral health facilities.
• Proficiency with CRM/ATS systems and external sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match with client opportunities.
• Source for roles including HHAs, CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, RNs, APRNs, and Allied Health professionals.
• Maintain a compliant process with licensing, certification, and background checks.
