Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in FP&A with ownership of deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Built budgets, forecasts, or driver-based models from a blank sheet
• Excel expert with dynamic scenarios and multi-source data links
• Accurate work with few errors and strong controls
• Fast delivery under deadlines with clear assumptions
• Independent problem-solver with prioritization skills
• Executive communication to senior leaders
• Adaptable to changing priorities with quality maintained
• Strong character: teamwork, respect, and humor
• Preferred: SQL queries and NetSuite familiarity

Responsibilities

• Performance analysis: analyze company results, identify trends, and make recommendations to leaders
• Explain variance and risk; investigate variances and propose corrective actions
• Break down clinic-level costs including medical supplies and overhead; identify savings
• Forecasting and reports with Regional Directors; ad hoc analysis and growth strategy
• Pull financial and operational data; surface trends and opportunities
• Own the Annual Budget
• Evaluate opportunities; ROI; provide clear financial recommendations
• Support strategic initiatives and track numbers
• Prepare executive reports, analyses, forecasts
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure compliant reporting
• Handle other duties as assigned
