Job summary

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. seeks a Hospital Contract Maintenance Manager for the Operations and Maintenance Services at the 96th Medical Group's Medical Treatment Facilities, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

The CMM will have full authority on day-to-day task order operations and performance. The role requires 3+ years in ambulatory care/healthcare facility ops, 5+ years in commercial building maintenance, and familiarity with relevant codes; OSHA 30 preferred and CHFM certification to be

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in ambulatory care and medical/healthcare inpatient facility operations and maintenance.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings with supervision of a diversified workforce.
• Familiar with codes and standards (PWS, JC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• ASHE CHFM certification to be obtained immediately upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite facilities management for a medical treatment facility.
• Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
• Coordinate with customer Facility Management points of contact for reports and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, healthcare codes, budgets, and performance standards.
• Provide subcontractor and vendor management, including performance reviews.
