Responsibilities

• Help determine completeness of credentialing and background documentation prior to employment or placement.
• Monitor and track licenses, certifications, registrations, DEA status, and required training.
• Research inquiries from healthcare institutions about staff training or performance history.
• Maintain credentialing information in government systems and databases.
• Perform scanning, copying, printing, faxing, typing, and records processing for credentialing operations.
• Handle credentialing records and sensitive information in accordance with privacy and DoD requirements.
