Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our Andrews, Texas construction site clinic as a PRN Onsite Health Technician. This role offers hands-on medical care, injury management, and safety support in a demanding environment.

You'll work on an on-site clinic schedule Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with shifts based on client needs. This is an excellent opportunity to expand occupational health experience while supplementing income.

Qualifikationen

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure for Texas.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional, compassionate patient care.
• Comfortable in active construction environments, including stairs and heights.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds for emergency response bags.
• Flexibility to accept occasional shifts based on clinic needs.

Aufgaben

• Patient Care: assess and treat workplace injuries per Medcor protocols.
• Emergency Response: respond to onsite emergencies and provide appropriate care.
• Injury Management: support workers' comp cases and return-to-work programs.
• Occupational Health: assist with screenings and workplace health initiatives.
• Documentation: maintain patient records in EMR systems.
• Safety Collaboration: work with site safety staff and external medical providers.
• OSHA Recordkeeping: assist with injury and illness documentation.
• Wellness: promote safe health practices and injury prevention.
