Job summary

Medcor seeks an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN on a PRN basis to serve as an Onsite Health Technician in our occupational clinic in Osceola, IA. Clinic hours are 7:00am–3:30pm and 3:30pm–12:00am, Monday–Friday, with no guaranteed hours.

You will triage injuries, provide first aid, support wellness education, and manage daily clinic operations with help from the operations manager and remote Medcor staff.

Qualifications

• Must have current licensure for the position and CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Comfort with EMR software and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations.
• Provide superior customer service to clients and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries per MCPs and ESPE care protocols.
• Collaborate with client professionals in health and safety fields.
• Document using EMR software and manage clinic records.
• Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
