Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time Onsite Health Technician (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) to join our occupational health clinic in Hampton, GA. You’ll provide hands-on care, respond to workplace injuries and illnesses, and serve as a trusted healthcare resource on site.

You’ll work independently onsite with clinical and operational team support, following evidence-based protocols, documenting care in the EMR, and supporting return-to-work processes and screenings as applicable.

Qualifications

• Hold a current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN license/certification applicable to the position
• Have current CPR/BLS certification
• Be comfortable working independently in an onsite clinic environment
• Have strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Be comfortable using computers, EMR systems, and other technology
• Be able to lift and carry a 50 lb. emergency response bag
• Be dependable, personable, and committed to providing excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies and provide appropriate stabilization and care
• Follow Medcor's evidence-based clinical protocols and treatment guidelines
• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
• Perform pre-employment and post-offer screenings as applicable
• Document patient care accurately using our electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support employee health, wellness, and injury-prevention initiatives
• Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with Safety, Human Resources, outside medical providers, and Medcor leadership
• Deliver an excellent patient and client experience
