Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to join our team as an Onsite Health Technician at our employer-based occupational health clinic in Hampton, Georgia. The role focuses on direct patient care, injury/illness management, workers’ compensation support, and safe return-to-work processes.

You will work in a clinic-based environment, continuing to apply your clinical skills while transitioning from traditional EMS/911 work into occupational health.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN license/certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor’s protocols.
• Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
• Facilitate Return-to-Work programs.
• Document patient care using Medcor’s EMR.
• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and patient records.
