Job summary

4myBenefits is seeking 3-4 contract Customer Success Representatives for onsite work in Blue Ash, OH, from mid-September 2026 through November 20, 2026. You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling health benefits inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Spanish bilingualism is strongly preferred for this temporary role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Must be available to work full-time onsite at the client location in Blue Ash, OH.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Available to start in mid-September and work through November 20, 2026.
• Respond to inbound calls from client employees regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
