Job summary

Stovepipe Wells Village in Death Valley National Park is seeking a Groups Coordinator to coordinate group bookings, rooming lists, and F&B arrangements. This on-site role reports to the Lodging Supervisor and collaborates with the Groups Sales Representative.

You will be the primary on-site contact for contracted groups, work with the Front Desk and Night Audit, and ensure accurate billing and reservations while maintaining safety and ESQ program expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in a hospitality service position.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work on-site in Death Valley and adapt to weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group bookings, rooming lists, and final F&B selections.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager for meal requests.
• Primary on-site contact as groups arrive and stay on property.
• Upsell property events and services and manage reservations with care.
