Job summary

POWDR is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator for Stovepipe Wells Village in Death Valley National Park. The role supports employee transportation, housing, facilities, and engagement, including operating the shuttle and coordinating housing and events.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service-minded, and comfortable in a dynamic hospitality setting. On-site housing may be provided, and duties span safety, maintenance support, and guest service activities.

Qualifications

• Environment: Death Valley National Park setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Experience driving passenger vans or shuttle vehicles preferred.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships with staff, management, guests and the public.
• Demonstrate professional judgment, honesty, integrity and accountability.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to assist in various operational areas to support property goals.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company shuttle to transport employees according to schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, fueling, cleaning, and repairs for the employee shuttle.
• Assist with planning and supporting employee events and engagement activities.
• Maintain clean, organized outdoor common areas and employee spaces.
• Prepare employee rooms for new arrivals, including cleaning and setup.
• Monitor housing and common areas for safety or maintenance issues.
