Job summary

Stovepipe Wells Village in Death Valley National Park, part of POWDR, seeks an Employee Services Coordinator to support employee transportation, housing, facilities, and engagement. The role ensures a safe, clean, welcoming environment for staff and guests; in-person duties include shuttle operations and on-site housing coordination.

Responsibilities cover coordinating shuttle maintenance, planning employee events, maintaining common areas, and preparing staff housing.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a hospitality environment.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, honesty, and accountability in decision-making.
• Willingness to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company shuttle to transport employees according to established schedules.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, fueling, cleaning, and repairs for the employee shuttle.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and supporting employee events, activities, and recreational programs that promote engagement.
• Maintain clean, organized outdoor common areas and housing areas for employees.
• Assist with preparing employee rooms for new arrivals and monitor housing and safety.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
