Job summary

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support on-site property maintenance and administrative tasks at our Huntington Park, CA community. The role requires living on-site and offers an on-site studio apartment discount.

The position pays $17.00 per hour with a 3–5 hour weekly schedule, and includes housing options. The incumbent will help maintain grounds, perform light maintenance, and coordinate with the Regional Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties indoors and outdoors.
• Operate groundskeeping tools such as lawnmower, weed eater, shears, and trimmer.
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Interact effectively with coworkers and the public.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Care for grounds including watering flowers and shrubs.
• Maintain and inspect grounds and equipment; report deficiencies.
• Communicate with residents, applicants, and vendors.
• Clean restrooms and laundry rooms if required.
• Replace burnt bulbs and maintain lighting.
• Handle debris, litter and graffiti removal.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
