Job summary

Boomtown Casino Hotel and Verdi Grillhouse and Casino in Verdi, NV is seeking an onsite Graphic/Web Designer to produce graphics for print, web, social and marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and production-ready assets.

You will design logos, posters, menus, banners, and digital graphics; develop web layouts with WordPress or Squarespace; edit images; and support large-format printing on site, collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong typography, color theory and layout design.
Experience with web design using WordPress and/or Squarespace; HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to complete tasks and projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create designs for print and digital formats (logos, posters, banners, menus, social graphics).
Arrange text and images into balanced layouts for publications, websites, and marketing materials.
Maintain visual identity by aligning with brand guidelines and values.
Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and refine assets.
Develop web graphics and layouts with WordPress or Squarespace, with responsive design considerations.
Prepare files for production with correct color modes, resolutions, and output formats.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, sharing updates and incorporating feedback.
Stay current with design trends and best practices; present concepts and rationale.
Deliver final assets in multiple formats meeting quality specs.
