Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Manager, International Transportation Operations, to lead international inbound and outbound transportation from global suppliers into North America and export shipments to international customers. This onsite Roanoke, VA role partners with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to drive service, compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation, logistics, or international freight.
• Experience managing international inbound and outbound transportation.
• Experience with Ocean, Air, LCL, FCL, Parcel, Drayage and Cross-Border transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of international inbound and outbound transportation activities.
• Monitor inbound transportation from global suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
• Coordinate international shipments between suppliers, third-party manufacturers, distribution centers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop transportation team members; establish performance expectations and workload management.
• Monitor international freight spend and ensure charges align with contracts and budgets.
• Ensure shipments follow transportation strategies, routing guides, and SOPs.
• Monitor shipments and address delays and disruptions.
• Provide transportation guidance to internal stakeholders and international markets.
• Oversee creation of international documentation with Customs, Planning, Export and Shipping teams.
