Job summary

Warabeya North America oversees the daily production of fresh foods at our Stafford, VA facility to meet output, quality, and safety targets. You will plan schedules, manage staff, and ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and company standards while coordinating with QA and Supply Chain.

Strong Excel skills and proven leadership are essential for success. The role is full-time, onsite, with early hours and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency in both oral and written.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in food manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing daily production operations and schedules.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production schedules and data tracking.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, sanitation, and FIFO principles.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong leadership.
• Ability to work onsite (no remote work).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production of fresh food to ensure targets, quality, and food safety requirements are achieved.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, labor, and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure recipes and procedures follow R&D specifications.
• Monitor production performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain FIFO and lot code traceability throughout production.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for materials and packaging.
• Work with QA to ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
• Train, coach, and supervise production staff; maintain safe environment.
• Maintain production records and schedules using Excel and company systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
