Job summary

Raymond Central is seeking a Field Service Technician in Memphis, TN to support forklift and equipment maintenance onsite for a major customer. The ideal candidate will have strongMechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and experience in industrial maintenance or related industries.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• At least two years of hands-on technical experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical components.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and/or work on elevated platforms 15–30 ft high.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and support material handling equipment at the customer location.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and other equipment in accordance with guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment according to procedures and cost guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork and time records accurately.
• Drive and work safely following company and customer safety policies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
