Job summary

Medcor is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health at our employer-based clinic in Marshall, Minnesota. The onsite provider will deliver in-person and telemedicine visits with autonomous practice supported by a remote oversight physician.

Qualifications

• MSN/DNP or PA program from ARC-PA-accredited school
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification as NP or PA
• Experience delivering primary care and occupational health

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health services onsite and via telemedicine
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, screenings, and immunizations
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and client stakeholders
• Manage occupational health services, surveillance, and regulatory exams
• Document accurately in Medcor EMR and maintain clear patient records
• Collaborate with remote oversight physician and client teams
• Return-to-work and workers’ compensation management
• Support workplace wellness and health promotion initiatives
