Your main objective will be to ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped out efficiently and accurately. You will be expected to lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Knowledge of inventory management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or work equivalent experience
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
