Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Up to 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Kyriba is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end processes including general ledger distribution and financial statement review.
• Assist treasury functions including banking downloads and wire support.
• Manage travel administration and related reporting.
• Handle accounting support tasks including expense reporting and KYC/compliance documentation.
• Respond to system tickets and assist with software-related administrative needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation.
