Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance function for onsite operations in Mesa, AZ. The role requires strategic financial leadership, oversight of accounting, budgeting, and reporting, and close collaboration with the General Manager and risk management teams.

You will manage cash flow, avoid shrinkage through strong inventory controls, and direct the finance and box office departments with a focus on profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of supervisory financial management experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong accounting and cost-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing facility financial goals, budgets, and payroll in compliance with laws and Legends Global policies.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including AP, AR, GL and reconciliations.
• Monitor compliance with financial provisions of management contracts and coordinate with Risk Management.
• Prepare and review financial reporting, statements, forecasts, budgets and year-end closeouts.
• Direct purchasing controls for capital assets, office, and facility supplies; approve requisitions.
• Lead finance and box office departments; supervise staff and ensure performance expectations are met.
