Catalent’s Kansas City facility is seeking a Financial Analyst to monitor the health of the business by preparing financial reports and supporting strategic planning. You will work closely with departmental leaders to manage forecasts, budgets, and headcount, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across finance processes.

This onsite role involves preparing monthly P&L statements, leading forecast and budget discussions, and contributing to SOX compliance and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in finance and accounting.
• At least one year of experience supporting manufacturing and distribution entities.
• Strong familiarity with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
• Understanding and application of finance controls and SOX regulations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for departments to monitor business health.
• Lead meetings with department heads to develop forecasts, strategy plans, and budgets, and implement leadership changes.
• Participate as the finance representative in projects to improve efficiency and accuracy in processes.
• Manage current and forecasted headcount throughout the year.
• Track and report revenue on a weekly basis.
• Review purchase orders to ensure proper coding and funding.
• Support product costing and manufacturing accounting.
• Provide SOX compliance support.
• Create and post journal entries for month-end close.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
