Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or five+ years of practical service support experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 compliance or information assurance certification as required.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
• Proficiency in system administration (Windows, Linux).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage help desk tickets for Fleet 24x7 onsite.
• Provide 24/7 support including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain Windows servers, workstations, VMs in an enterprise environment.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for network and system issues.
• Update end-user communications and document known issues.
